Public Service Announcement! For Shire!

Concerning the new Insurance guidelines or at least the fact that under the healthcare plan that our President and previous Democratically controlled housesof Congress approved and as stated that our Presidet signed into law allowing we adults with children, teenagers and young adults to the age of 26 to be included or kept on our Insurance plans to that age!

A real positive for a man as myself and I hope for you as an American- male or female.

Later in the day I contacted Shire directly at 1-800-828-2088 to discuss my own issues with my Insurance company.

My friends if you DO NOT have Insurance that covers your medication for ADD, ADHD or whatever your doctor may diagnos and prescribe a Shire Product you should call that phone number and/or visit:

I personally after trying to utilize generic medications am of the opinion that any Shire product is better than the equivelant Generic at treating my ADHD and I have to Depression although I do take a 20mg Cymbalta that Thank God there is no Generic for!

Note: I used to purchase items for my ex-wife On-line and In-Store - such as Victoria's Secret, Venus, The Body Shop, Etc. thus the purpose of this site however I am NOT qualified it seems to make the decisions neccessary to write for this post unless it relates to my conditions or situations.

The Bottomline is I need a Woman's touch most likely two or three to cover a diverse audience. I may place a help wanted on a sub-contract basis of some type very soon as soon as I figure out how to make it work for all involved.

The Lara Logan Disgrace!

Ladies and Gentlement,

I really don't know that this post elongs on this particular page of thisticular post.

It's aimed at my clientele' or moe importantly my freinds that are ladies and if you not presently someone I have met in person and thus would consider a person that I had personly shaken hands with and had become friends it is important for me as "a man"  for whatever reason to with thet God be with Ms. Logan as she recovers from the injuries both mental and physical she suffered that in the attacks carried out by what we all as a planet hope are only a small percsntsge of peron's that in all likely hood have had no upbringing by a loveing mother and if they surey as many of my heor's and myself would say upon hearing of such terrible news here or over seas " I hope the purpotrators are rought to justice."

It is important to not fr anyone "man or woman"that has had ay type of assault upon their person be for whatever reason that nNOT one person ever fel they have the right ask thatperson one question about that terrible incidnt until such time as that person that suffered such an attack feel it time to talk.

It may be months or it may be years but the scars that may never heal may at some point in the future surface nd at that time the young lady will talk.

you might ask am I talking from two viewpoints?

Possibly in some person's mind ut it is Ms. Logan that must decide what her next course of action is be imediate or at some future point for her own sanity!

I feel ashamed to offer anything forsale after writing this post so if that be the case I shall not! God be with all our "people" in the field no matter what the job be hat no one woman or man may have mental anguish that this young lady has to face in the future. Unfortunately I have personally been friends with Ladies that had terrible decsions to make as to pursue justice NOW or let God and Time heal, make them stronger or ust in some cases let it go which was is and always will be a shame!

Dad-gum! Boo Boo derailed me last night!

Sometimes life takes a little twist that i thought I might share with you that is quite interesting and funny if not a little sad that I feel compelled to try and get out the truth in any way possible just to make sure no one thought I stayed up all night last night considering that I didn't and unfortunately psychologically I have been put in the position that I must explain for reasons I hope you are Tech savy enough to understand! If you are reading this I guess you most likely are so I hope no offense is taken.

Last night I had planned to accomplish quite a bit even or in spite of the fact I had been in a struggle to move forward with my plans over the last few days for reasons that were mostly logistical and others that were based on interference in my plans but Boo Boo?

No she just wanted to play a little game we play where I give her a biscuit or something else such as when she was a puppy and she would grab anything off the table next to me and run!

I stopped what I was doing because he deserved my time because she would dial 911 to save my life if I ever fell over from a heart attack and I know it from an experience you would not beleive and i'm not telling but it did involve working til you drop!

The bottomline is she was at my side when I woke up kissing me and continued kissing me all ovr my face for 15 minutes or maybe it was more so I felt that I should I repay her with a little playing of the game "Daddy I have something you want chase me for it then the rest of the story!

I chased her around the house s I'm supposed to but the end of the game got me!

I am supposed to lay on the couch and have her come jump up on the couch and lay on my chest so she can either flaunt that she still has possession of the itme or in the case of a biscuit she will and did eat the biscuit which her way of sharing with me!

The only problem is that I laid there ad let her cuddle up to me too long and too sleep I went!

I woke up several times during the night because she had gotten down and wanted to go to bed but each time I just picked her up and put her back on my chest and went back to sleep.

The funny part was that she inadvertantly pulled off what some people in my life want the most and that is for me not to get a darn thing done that is on my list of things to accomplish and I had just taken an Adderall to top it off!

So weird because they are supposed to be for Narcolepsy and ADHD and I had slept way too much this past week-end! I mean heck how much sleep does one person need or for that matter how can you make a living while your asleep unless you have someone that as your partner could give you the break?

Very Seldom without a partner and I understand some things that have happened that make it easy for me but not from experience to imagine being a single parent.

That would have to be the most difficult juggling act one could imagine or experience especially if you were self-employed!

So my friends I'm behind today because I just have to be that way and if I could re-visit a past part of my life I wouldn't have to feel that I was behind all the time. Go figure. Meaning no-offense just that I have those experiences in my life that make understanding some things much more easy than in the past but I haven't forgotten those past experiences but to keep from having to lay blame because "Hell I'm to blame for enough" I'm just not ready to sig the Jimmy Buffet song because the bottom-line is the percentages haven't come back yet!

I look Tired or High but.....

I may look tired and/or high reader's but the dog- my Boo Boo too?
Not likely. I will say this we most likely had worked a 12 to 16 hour day and was it worth it?
How could it not be to come home to your family with a successful business to smiling faces- well most of the time of course.
