Journal Entry 092014-A: Heavy D Rules!

Friend's and Customer's,

 

Heavy D Ruled today as Fairhope visited Daphne where my 9 year-old grandson (#62) plays on the Heavy D package!

I only caught the 2nd quarter on because I don't close Battleship Marine here in Fairhope, Alabama until Noon in the "fall and winter" month's but it was fantastic to see my son's family including Lauren, Ethan and Isabella!

Journal Entry 091214-A: A Thought!

Friend's and Customer's,

I just saw figures scroll across the screen on CNN that EBOLA has now passed the 4800 number in cases and I beleive 2800 deaths!

I had a thought as I noticed that President Obama will be in Atlanta next week at the CDC to get personal face to face updates on the EBOLA situation.

The thought?

I'm sure someone is already thinking the same thing but "I think we need an international "strike force" in place and ready to "roll" before this situation with EBOLA gets any further out of hand or in the future if and when we have another such epidemic or worse a pandemic!

Obviously the planet is not presently prepared with such a "strike force" with the manpower or equipment to "save" lives!
