Journal Entry 051612-A: Relationships, Marriage and Appreciation!

Friend's,

This may sound like the most selfish, self-centered post you have ever read particularly if you are young, never been married of grew up in a single-family home I know it!

I hope you understand in some way what I am about to write is not meant to be any of those above stated virtues we as men Hope no woman ever feels about us as men and doubting your ability to understand sounds arrogant as well!

Ladies I was married to two different women actually "three times" for actually 27 year's and Lord have mercy how much we miss having your companionship!

There are so many things I could list that make your part of the "relationship" invaluable to us that I dont think I could list them all!

I may have said something similiar yesterday but I don't care.

If we don't solve the rise in "divorce rates" and "appreciate the many facets of our relationships more many of us men are going to become extinct!

Ladies,

The Spring time!

If you only knew how many of us men enjoy thourohly enjoy buying something "special" for our girlfriend's, wives and children in the Spring time would you be that surprised?

I was married for twenty-plus years too two different wondrrful women and I hope they know?

I know most of the Special ladies in our lives know this is Truth!

I was just taking a break from making some home repairs and sat down for a minute and thought about it.

I guess you ladies like to do the same for us come to think of it.

As a man I know we can be thought of as hard to please!

As a man I understand how we can seem to take the Special people in our lives but sometimes we are just so busy we slip up and forget but it is so much fun too surprise a special someone with a Special Gift even if it doesn't fit just right!

We may look like we are frustrated and you may hear a complaint from our friend's but in our hearts we are happy to have you too do for even if we don't show it!

I'm sure most men if not all wouldn't mind me saying we appreciate what you do for us beyond what words may describe!

Hopefully Love is in the "air" in your life "year-round" and if your down about anything please hang in there so that as my mother says "time may heal all!"

Public Service Announcement! For Shire!

Concerning the new Insurance guidelines or at least the fact that under the healthcare plan that our President and previous Democratically controlled housesof Congress approved and as stated that our Presidet signed into law allowing we adults with children, teenagers and young adults to the age of 26 to be included or kept on our Insurance plans to that age!

A real positive for a man as myself and I hope for you as an American- male or female.

Later in the day I contacted Shire directly at 1-800-828-2088 to discuss my own issues with my Insurance company.

My friends if you DO NOT have Insurance that covers your medication for ADD, ADHD or whatever your doctor may diagnos and prescribe a Shire Product you should call that phone number and/or visit:

I personally after trying to utilize generic medications am of the opinion that any Shire product is better than the equivelant Generic at treating my ADHD and I have to Depression although I do take a 20mg Cymbalta that Thank God there is no Generic for!

Cliff and Boo Boo Christmas morning 122510

Friends,

Christmas morning my yorkie "Boo Boo" made a little video to share with you and we are learning this windows 7 enough now that i think we can finally post it for you. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did making it for you!

We were in a little bit of a hurry cause we had to go see some other family members waiting on us but I might mention that in the video but I must say she is my partner in crime on just about everything since she came into my life 9 years or so ago this summer!

We have as some folks might say literally been down some dirt roads together!

Thanks to my ex-wife for allowing her to become my dog but our together for as long as we both shall live!

Ladies I'm Manic by 21st cenutry Standards but ADHD by 90's standards!

 Ladies don't be concerned I'm really not dangerous in fact the shame of it is I'm lucky I'm not in the nut house for being ADHD enough to stand the pressure to not be and I am here to say life was better when I was under cover and didn't know it! That means what it means except I wasn't anything but just unfortunate person timing wise cause you ladies not old enough to remember didn't know that some of us were lucky enough to either have parents that were up on it or others of us were raised by good parents but we just were late in life lucky enough to find out the old fashioned way but it was at the Exxon, Texaco, and every
other station in town had the original formula for what today is ADHD medication and if I told you anymore I get shot but look it up and it goes back 135 years! Problem is people on the street make it into something else and it got to be a problem but it sure ain't Adderall or ritalin and I figure you know that.
 What I'm doing now is a job and it is to educate you and every body else but only to have some understanding and see a doctor and please stay away from the other stuff cause it isn't anything but the worst stuff on the planet and be careful about what people tell you because you don't want to be in the boat next me trying to paddle against the tide of what got fouled up around here and i guess all over the country in 2004 and prior to that by some companies that were the devil in disquise by putting one element drug found in an over the counter cough medication and it's fine for a cough but not for Asthema or ADHD!
 Even you doctor will prescribe an off label medication and the best thing is to stay away from the stuff but let me say this being mean and nasty is the world's problem along with being dramatic in your life!
 The she said he said stuff get's somebody in a lot of trouble and if a man's mean enough to come at you over nothing and beat you up he is no good. He can't change through therapy and it is best to let each other have some space when your angry about something and that as you younger ladies may not have found yet is what most of men were taught as kids. If not then that's just a shame and this is the south so if we aren't polite or if we are jealous enough to want to fight every man that think your beautiful and he doesn't appreciate a compliment from someone enough to handle it in a way that keeps you safe then leave.
  Money means nothing! A realtionship means more and I know because I've had it all and nothing as well and i'd love to have a little more money but not to the point that I would die for it which is what it feels like to lose a 20+ year marriage over losing money.
 Work? Oh you know us men want to work and if not you know that so if the man is ADHD he might be quick tempered but there is only two ways for him control it the best he can and give him a christmas present to the doctor and hell be fine. Help him or her because if you want to have the benifit of the medication you have to have the free will and it takes time becuase the benifit form my own experience is more than a measley 3-5 % more like 10% or so by my own estimates but that is based on everybody's individual body and how much they are prescribed and if your child is ADD or ADHD they most likely ould benifit as well but be careful because they need to be able to explain the way it helps or if it is not the right medication and if your thinking this out most medications are based on weight and height so less is better with kids from a non-professional stand point and even with men but none of those medications work 24 hours a day!
  Please be wary of any doctor that is not up on such things. Ladies please be wary of the differences between ADD, ADHD and Bi-polar and if your child has had trauma in their life maybe they are depressed and that makes attention and focus more of a problem as well as conduct in school and home is something you can control.
 I am no doctor and some of the information you see on television or especially online is tilted toward the possible heart issue and if you don't just get that child or yourself checked out then you have made a mistake and that seems about as easy as anything since it is reported heavy on the right of center or vise-versa in some ways you just have to understand that some of the medication makes your heart race and some doesn't and that is what your child should be able to explain to you and his or her doctor.
 Please be careful but understanding and let your family member know you love and care for them and try not to test them to much becuase the whole idea is to gain attention, focus and patience not to mention a little more control over some emotions without the pitfalls of some other medication but that is your doctors decision.

There are only twelve days left until Christmas and I have been bogged down in computer issues and other's beyond my control or it seems anyone eles's for that matter except for the preparations I'm hoping will bring something else exiting into the picture for the coming year!

This should be one heck of a game between an interesting match up and I plan to get my gear ready and head down there! I hope all you folks from Michigan head down there two because the last time I saw Bama play the Wolverines in 1987 when Bo was still coach your state following was a class act just like those Oklahoma Sooner fans!
