Journal Entry 060412-A: Live Tonight! Oklahoma vs Bama!
Bama Nation,
Tonight Live on an ESPN Channel near you or most likely On-line the ESPN Network near you!
Oklahoma has a fine group of players, coaches and fans!
I know the fans are good people my ex-wife Valerie my youngest son "Alex" and I sat in the Oklahoma Section in Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, Alabama on September 6th, 2003!
Of course the game was between The University of Alabama and The highly ranked Oklahoma Sooners!
Alabama had a good team and of course all of us in the Bama Nation were pulling for The Crimson Tide and were expecting them to win but the truth be known we were either on probation or coming off probation and our talent level no our numbers and depth were down not our Pride!
Long story short we fought with "pluck and grit" but were not the winners that day on the score board but the Oklahoma fans I met that day although I forget their names had "had real class" as the Bear might put it!
As a side note we all had a chance to see "Fleet-wood Mac" that night in Biloxi with Stevie Nicks!
My daughter Allison went to the concert.
I had always wanted to see "Stevie" in concert but I could never pass up a chance to watch such an electric atmosphere as a matchup in Bryant-Denny Stadium between The University of Alabama Crimson Tide and The Oklahoma University Sooners!
I left the game impressed by the "class" of the Oklahoma fans that I talked with during that game and their comments made in our conversation!
I wish Oklahoma well in the Championship Series but I'll always be a Tide fan!
Let's hope the J-Train gets Rollin early and Bama takes the best of three series and brings a Trophy back to T-Town for us all to enjoy with Coach Murphy, The players their families and of course ths coaching staff!
Roll Tide Roll!
The game starts at 7:00 pm CDT!
God Bless, Peace, Love and Knowledge!

Journal Entry 060312-B: It is Official!
Bama Nation Planet Wide,
It is official!
The University of Alabama Crimson Tide vs The The University of Oklahoma Sooners in the best of three Championship Final Tomorrow night on ESPN at 8pm EDT!
Congratulations to The University of Alabama Crimson Tide Women's Softball Team, Coaches, Fans that made the trip to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and to Jackie Traina and her family on a magnificient performance to get the "Tide" into the Championship Series against a fantastic Oklahoma Sooner Team!
My hats off to the University of California Golden Bear's as well!
I am a relitively new fan to "women's college softball" as I have developed a lot of respect for Women's sports over the last few year's and I have found that the Women deserve our respect that play college sport's and definitely our attention and support just as much as the Football Teams, Basketball Teams, Baseball Teams our favorite University's Field!
The pride, determination, work ethic, physical training, mental strength and the enthusiasm are there just like they are with the men's sports!
I hope more men and women that are fans of our men's teams would take the time to watch or attend a few of these sporting events that maybe haven't.
Roll Tide Roll!

Journal Entry 051912-B: USA Jaguars vs The U of A!
Friend's,
The University of South Alabama Lady Jaguars play the University of Alabama Crimson Tide Women's Softball Team at Rhodes Stadium in Tuscaloosa, Alabama in the finals of the Regional Sunday at 1pm!
I hope sports fans of both the Jaguar Nation and the Bama Nation are as excited about thiz game as I am!
I never have pulled for or rooted for another scholl to beat Alabama in any sport except once in my life and that was when The University of South Alabama Jaguars, coached by Ronnie Arrow with player's Jeff Hodge, Junie Lewis, Gabe Estaba and John Jimmerson played a Wimp Sanderson Coached Alabama Crimson Tide Men's Basketball team in the first round of the "south-east" Regional in the late 1980's defeating the Crimsion Tide to next play The University of Michigan Wolverines in Televised game from the Omni in Atlanta, Georgia!
The Michigan game was a hard fought loss to the "eventual National Champion" Wolverine's also played in the Omni in Atlanta, Georgia!
I never will forget the "emotion" Coach Arrow expressed in that victory and not to get of Tomorrow's game "I have a gut feeling this year's version of Coach Arrow's Team will be his best ever at the University of South Alabama!
It will be hard to pull against "Jackie Traina" and the Tide as I hardly know the Jaguars!
Although I would like to know The University of South Alabama more in fact I had an appointment to meet with an admissions counselor last fall the week someone broke into my house and poisoned me, Lucy and Boo Boo!
It was awful to find fluid in my Vyvanse that has wrecked my life every since and you would not beleive the frustration I feel that not one law-enforcement officer from the FBI, Daphne or Fairhope would take me seriously!
Only Wal-Greens at the loop in Mobile and Josh at Rite-Aid in Fairhope, Alabama would take me seriously!
Even Urgent Care blew me off and they might as well have ruined my life my childrens life and my grand-children's life by allowing my opportunity to meet and discuss furthering my education at The University of South Alabama by preventing me from supporting Shire with success on that medication, having an education and using that opportunity to have something to leave my family one day!
The truth may hurt someone but it has destroyed my life and other's that should know it has and realize the implications of my loss!
Roll Tide!
Go Jaguars!
God bless, Peace, Love and Knowledge!

Journal Entry 051912-A: It is another Beautiful Night at The Fairhope, Alabama Beach and Pier!
Friend's,
It is another Beautiful Night at The Fairhope, Alabama Beach and Pier!
Boo Boo and I just got back from a drive and walk down at The Beach and Park!
Downtown Fairhope, Alabama iz quaint little village with specialty shops, Restaurants and Pubs!
This time of the year as well as year round Downtown Fairhope is beautiful with flowers and the crowds of people that live work and visit leave anyone year round with a lift of the spirit!
To get to the Fairhope, Alabama Bay Park, Beach and Pier you almost have to drive the beautiful downtown area!
Tonight the Pops band was set-up on the bluff over-looking the panoramic view below of the beach, park and pier witb Beautiful Mobile Bay, Downtown Mobile and the Sun setting due West in an almost clear blue sky!
It was a little warmer with summer attire and beach wear much in use!
The Pier was packed with people as the beach crowd of families, children, teenz, young adults and seniors all enjoying the water, fishing, the restaurants, view or taking pictures of their experience with many couples walking hand in hand or just sitting with friend's and family enjoying good conversation!
Boo Boo and I decided not to walk the pier tonight but the boatz both motor and sail as well as the soulful music drifting down from the bluff among the conversations of the crowd out in enjoying a beautiful May night on Mobile, Bay was mighty inviting as were the many beautiful women to walk and talk among many with pet's, children, boyfrisnd's, family, husband's or friend or just single enjoying their time on the Bay!
God bless, Peace, Love and Knowledge!
